The female driver and lone occupant of a Nissan Altima Sedan was traveling north on Wood Drive about 4:15 p.m., when she apparently lost control and crossed the center line crashing into a utility pole.
The driver was treated on the scene by Fire Rescue and transported by ambulance to the Hospital.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
